ELT in Uzbekistan Forum - 2022
Westminster International University in Tashkent and ELT in Uzbekistan and Mentor HUB invite teachers of English to participate in the ELT Forum on the 13th of May 2022, which will take place at the Shakhrisabz Building of WIUT.

EL teachers will engage in Special Interest Groups’ (SIGs) discussions to talk about a variety of topics that are specific to the context of Uzbekistan teaching and learning. We intend to generate ideas that will aim at improvement of our daily practice to enhance students' learning and their academic achievements. Together, we will also try to formulate suggestions to assist reforms in ELT. We, as a strong community, can and should trigger change through a bottom-up approach.

The SIGs discussions will be followed by a plenary with guest speakers who will share their perspectives on the SIGs’ topics. It will be an interesting exercise to see if any ideas generated by us will be similar to what our guests will present. Let’s join together to enjoy an interactive and egalitarian environment. We will learn from each other and we will create some practical suggestions that can change our students’ learning.
